El rol implica fortalecer relaciones estrat\u00e9gicas, identificar oportunidades de negocio, liderar procesos de negociaci\u00f3n y garantizar una comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva entre las \u00e1reas internas, proveedores y el equipo de Compras de servicios. Asimismo, gestionar operaciones a trav\u00e9s de sistemas ERP y promover relaciones sostenibles y de valor.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsabilidades clave:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Implementar y dar seguimiento a la estrategia de compras locales, en coordinaci\u00f3n con Compras y Asuntos Comunitarios.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Gestionar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de proveedores locales, incluyendo sus capacidades y oportunidades de negocio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Actuar como enlace entre proveedores, equipo de Compras y \u00e1reas internas, asegurando una comunicaci\u00f3n fluida.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identificar oportunidades para proveedores locales y acompa\u00f1arlos en su incorporaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n en procesos de compra.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Brindar orientaci\u00f3n en procesos de registro, licitaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de pagos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requisitos:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>T\u00edtulo universitario en Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas, Supply Chain, Desarrollo Comunitario o carrera af\u00edn.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ingl\u00e9s Intermedio (conversacional).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experiencia en sourcing de provedores<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><span><i>First Quantum Minerals ha iniciado un proceso de reclutamiento espec\u00edfico en Panam\u00e1 para apoyar actividades relacionadas con el programa de Preservaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n Segura (PSM), as\u00ed como el procesamiento de material previamente extra\u00eddo y almacenado en stockpiles.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span><span><i>Deseamos aclarar que este proceso de contrataci\u00f3n no representa la reactivaci\u00f3n de operaciones mineras.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><i>Las posiciones publicadas tienen como objetivo garantizar la gesti\u00f3n segura del sitio, la protecci\u00f3n ambiental, el cumplimiento regulatorio y el manejo responsable de los materiales existentes durante esta etapa.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><i>Reconocemos la importancia de una comunicaci\u00f3n clara y transparente.
