network,<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Assist<\/span><span> in d<\/span><span>esign<\/span><span>ing<\/span><span> and implement<\/span><span>ing of <\/span><span>new <\/span><span>network <\/span><span>solutions and improve resilience of the current <\/span><span>network <\/span><span>environment<\/span><span>,<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Assist<\/span><span> in<\/span><span> data <\/span><span>network fault investigations on the control system<\/span><span> network<\/span><span> utili<\/span><span>sing information from multiple sources<\/span><span> e.g. <\/span><span>profitrace<\/span><span>,<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Coordinate <\/span><span>fiber<\/span><span> <\/span><span>installation and splicing <\/span><span>activities with other departments.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Perform <\/span><span>fiber<\/span><span> tests with OTDR\u2019s, light source and meters.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Perform installation of <\/span><span>fiber<\/span><span> optic equipment and patch and panels.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Perform installation of <\/span><span>network equipment e.g. <\/span><span>Scalance<\/span><span> switches, repeaters, and OLM\u2019s<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Assist<\/span><span> in generating and updating of<\/span><span> <\/span><span>network drawings,<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Assist<\/span><span> in coordinating and executing proactive development and implementation measures to improve operations and end user satisfaction<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Assist<\/span><span> in coordinating and executing<\/span><span> test environments and perform cu<\/span><span>stomer factory acceptance tests<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Coordinate, execute<\/span><span>, <\/span><span>liaise<\/span><span> and provide formal \/ informal user <\/span><span>network <\/span><span>training that may be conducted on Sentinel site<\/span><\/span><span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Understand the control philosophy of the process plant<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Any other tasks as may be <\/span><span>delegated upon by the networks,<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Good knowledge and u<\/span><span>nderstanding of c<\/span><span>ommunication protocols for <\/span><span>Profibus<\/span><span>-DP, <\/span><span>Profibus<\/span><span>-PA, and Industrial Ethernet,<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Understanding of S<\/span><span>iemens network components e.g. Repeater<\/span><span>, diagnostic repeater, <\/span><span>Scalance\u2019s<\/span><span> and <\/span><span>terminating<\/span><span> resistor units<\/span><span>,<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Working<\/span><span> knowledge of Industrial <\/span><span>DCS, PLC, SCADA and HMI systems will be <\/span><span>advantageous<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Practical skill in <\/span><span>Profibu<\/span><span>s<\/span><span> DP and PA installations including <\/span><span>network <\/span><span>best practises<\/span><span>,<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Must be able to use <\/span><span>profitrace<\/span><span> for fault finding<\/span><span> on <\/span><span>Profibus<\/span><span>
