<\/span><span>identify<\/span><span> actions for Continuous Improvement<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Continuously engage execution teams to ensure that the reports of Condition Monitoring Analysts provide actionable information which is <\/span><span>accurate<\/span><span> &amp; reliable<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Monitor compliance of C<\/span><span>ondition <\/span><span>M<\/span><span>onitoring inspections and keep data up to date according to inspection frequencies extracted from equipment strategies<\/span><span> <\/span><span>and <\/span><span>individual equipment with <\/span><span>special conditions<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Manage, <\/span><span>organize<\/span><span> and supervise specialized <\/span><span>Condition M<\/span><span>onitoring work<\/span><span>s <\/span><span>performed by external contractors.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Analyse and trend predictive maintenance data to <\/span><span>identify<\/span><span> and implement potential resource <\/span><span>optimisation<\/span><span> initiatives<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Constantly refine the condition-based maintenance program<\/span><span> with the aim of forewarning execution teams <\/span><span>of impending failure to increase the lead time to react<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Providing<\/span><span> feedback to the Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Tactic highlighting time-based PM\u2019s that may be phased out<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Develop and <\/span><span>maintain<\/span><span> condition monitoring procedures and standards<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Develop procedures to standardize all condition monitoring processes and application of predictive maintenance techniques<\/span><\/span><span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Document all aspects relevant to application of predictive m<\/span><span>aintenance techniques such as: Equipment I<\/span><span>nspected, <\/span><span>Instruments Calibrations, C<\/span><span>onsumables, inventories, inspection worksheets, etc.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Development of an asset h<\/span><span>ealth<\/span><span> framework for the process plant<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Identify<\/span><span> the <\/span><span>appropriate condition<\/span><span> monitoring techniques to track the health of all fixed assets within the operational framework of the processing plant<\/span><\/span><span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Work with <\/span><span>the planning team to implement Condition Monitoring S<\/span><span>trategies as an input for the most practical and <\/span><span>cost effective<\/span><span> maintenance possible<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Identify<\/span><span> opportunities to automate condition monitoring through the usage of <\/span><span>new technology<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Identify<\/span><span> and <\/span><span>procure<\/span><span> all tooling and equipment in support of condition monitoring strategies<\/span><span>;<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Be up to date with the latest technology for measuring specific equipment parameters to note signs of significant changes that could be indicative of an impending failure<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Ensure the <\/span><span>timely<\/span><span> calibration and upgrading of condition monitoring hardware<\/span><span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span><span>Justifying investment in tools and equipment whose expenses can be returned by preventing costly unplanned downtime <\/span><span>as a result of<\/span><span> machine failure, as well as <\/span><span>eliminating<\/span><span> the unnecessary maintenance costs associated with scheduling maintenance based on operating hours rather than actual condition<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Develop the
