KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n
1.\tSolution Design & Implementation<\/p>\n
\u2022\tAnalyse and interpret business requirements to design optimal JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tConfigure and implement JDE Financials, Procurement, and Inventory Management solution aligned with business needs and best practices.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tRecommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tEvaluate and implement ancillary technologies that complement JD Edwards and enhance business capabilities.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tEnsure system configurations align with enterprise architecture, integration standards, and governance policies.<\/p>\n
2.\tStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFacilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and one-on-one consultations to gather and refine business requirements.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tCollaborate with business process experts, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams to align system solutions with operational strategies.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tTranslate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and actionable recommendations.<\/p>\n
3.\tBusiness Analysis & Documentation<\/p>\n
\u2022\tDevelop, review, and maintain business requirements documentation, functional design specifications, and solution architecture documentation.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tEnsure all deliverables meet project governance and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tMaintain configuration documentation and system design records to support system sustainability and knowledge transfer.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tProduce training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support end-user adoption and operational continuity.<\/p>\n
4.\tProject Delivery & Governance<\/p>\n
\u2022\tExecute solution design and implementation activities in accordance with established project management methodologies.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tParticipate in project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and resource coordination.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tEnsure adherence to change management, testing, and deployment processes.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tSupport testing phases including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tProvide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.<\/p>\n
5.\tTraining & Knowledge Transfer<\/p>\n
\u2022\tDeliver training sessions and workshops to business users and internal teams.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tMentor junior analysts and functional consultants within the JD Edwards team.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tPromote best practices and standardization across enterprise JD Edwards implementations.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tMinimum of 10 years\u2019 hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementation and configuration experience.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tDemonstrated experience working in structured ERP implementation projects.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tStrong understanding of Financials, Procurement, and Inventory Management business processes.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022\tAdvanced knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional configuration and business process integration.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tStrong business analysis, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical audiences.<\/p>\n
